My name is Ebony Hemphill, and I am the owner of H5 Nutrition & Fitness. I began my journey to health and fitness in October of 2014. Through life and different circumstances, I found myself in a place I didn’t care to be health-wise and I decided to do something about it!!! In the beginning, my focus was just on changing my own lifestyle and reaching my personal wellness goals. After beginning to see amazing results through consuming some delicious products I began to truly see where there was a need in my family, my circle of friends and my community.
