Black Entrepreneur Training Academy (BETA) is a five-month cohort-based virtual training program to equip, support, and resource Black entrepreneurs. Providing low-barrier access to capital alongside education is key to the success of Black Businesses. BETA is a Black Wall Street Kalamazoo and Sisters in Business intentional collaboration.

Black Entrepreneur Training Academy (BETA)

The curriculum for the live BETA course includes six modules, facilitated by experts and delivered through a combination of pre-recorded video and live virtual sessions. This consists of two required sessions each week. The sessions are broken down into a one-hour instructional video, available to begin viewing on Saturday each week, and a one-hour hands-on live workshop on Thursdays each week, anticipated to be at 7:00 p.m. EST.

Upon successful graduation, each participant will have the chance to pitch for capital of up to $5,500.

BETA University

BETA University is a self directed community-based online educational webinar program.  You will be able to apply these principles and take action immediately. Our program is easy to understand, highly relevant and easy to apply.

Participants will gain 1 year access to six core webinars that provide in detail everything you need to know about the mindset of an entrepreneur, structuring your business correctly upfront, financial tracking basics, business planning, social media marketing, and pitching your business for capital.

Access to BETA private Facebook page with like-minded, ambitious individuals, providing support and sharing resources with one another.New content may be added monthly. You will hear from the best minds in the business.
